Whenever I approach a project I like to work by three set standards:

Mudroom Addition
We transformed an over-sized garage into an impressive mudroom with custom built-ins, cabinets and benches. Starting the project off by putting sleepers on the concrete floor, insulating and putting proper AdvanTech sub-floor. We then framed a new wall with a door, coordinated with the owner's electrician and plumber, sheetrocked and taped. Having our own shop allowed us to build all the built-ins and cabinets off-site and in the span of a couple days installed them onsite. We installed under-tile heat cable, porcelain tile, crown and base molding. It was a challenging project for sure, but it turned out great and the owners loved it.

Cornwall Farmhouse
Quality Builds VT through, Hendee Construction (Starksboro, VT), was tasked by a local contractor to complete the siding of this Farmhouse. Hendee Construction and QBVT accomplished this well before the deadline, which lead to the finishes inside the garage. In the garage we installed galvanized metal paneling on lower section of wall. Installed pine t+g wall and ceilings with metal accents and receivers on joints.

New Deck and Porch Reno
Quality Builds VT has now done 3 different projects for these wonderful clients. The first of which being a 21' by 15' Trex deck with a 45 degree offset to the existing porch. We then renovated a portion of their unfinished basement, installing some snap together vinyl planks, solid core doors, and trim. Our last project was tearing off the pt decking on their porch, installing the Trex decking and replacing 2 sets of stairs and building a whole new set on the blue stone patio.

Essex Mudroom Addition
Qbvt was referred to a client in Essex Junction to build a small addition for a entry shoe and coat room on a dutch-colonial. The challenge here was tying into the existing fascia and creating a functional and aesthetically pleasing addition which flows rather than looking like an afterthought.

Laundry Room
By adding two cabinets and a butcher-block countertop, we helped Dave and Kristie turn an otherwise unusable portion of their washroom into a functional space. We also milled a little bit of hickory trim for the tops of the cabinets to finish it off right.
